Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for month-end closing procedures and other necessary reconciliation works;
2. Responsible for providing advices on the accounting treatment of investment transactions;
3. Managing full spectrum of tax affairs for all group entities, familiar with Hong Kong, PRC and cross-border tax related work;
4. Responsible for providing tax advice on new transactions/ investments;
5. Conducting transfer pricing review and implementing BEPS 2.0, Pillar 2 and Safe Harbor measures;
6. Responsible for tax filing of the group entities and handle queries from tax authorities;
7. Responsible for registration of state-owned financial capital and ownership rights and other daily related matters;
8. Provide impact analysis on tax legislation changes;
9. Coordinate the annual independent audit, communicate and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA or FRM);
2. At least 7 years of tax related working experience gained from financial institutions/ Big 4;
3. Familiar with HK tax, PRC tax, transfer pricing and BEPS 2.0;
4. Broad knowledge of investment banking or financial services experience;
5. Good team player with good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills;
6. Strong logical and analytical mind;
7. Proficient in various functions of Excel and Word;
8. Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese and English.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as AVP.
