• Partner with business users to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support NetSuite modules to align with evolving business and reporting requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate system enhancement projects, ensuring solutions meet agreed business objectives and technical standards.
• Prepare test scenarios, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support issue resolution during deployments.
• Maintain business and system documentation, including workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Oversee data-related activities, including migration support, integrity checks, data uploads, and ongoing system housekeeping.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
• Assist in ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and other business applications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or ERP-related projects within a software or technology-driven environment.

• Hands-on exposure to NetSuite ERP administration, implementation, enhancement, or support is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and participation in Scrum-based project environments.

• Experience coordinating testing activities, system upgrades, or enterprise application rollouts.

• Ability to produce clear documentation, business reports, and stakeholder presentations.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Exposure to project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Previous involvement in ERP, digital transformation, or system migration initiatives will be considered a plus.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
