About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest Japanese Investment banking group with over 100 years of history. Their department is currently looking for an Onboarding Analyst to be responsible for end to end onboarding review and client documentation checking. Ideal candidate should have good communication and relevant experience in investment banking division onboarding field.

Job Description

• Coordinating the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Managing the collection and review of client documentation check materials.
• Acting as a point of contact and addressing onboarding-related inquiries.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in KYC/ Onboarding field
• Good client knowledge in investment banking division (institutional/ FI/ Non bank FI/ wealth management)
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
