• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Create and manage content across digital channels, including websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, partner channels, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into customer-centric content and campaigns.
• Ensure content consistency, governance, and alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Design and optimise customer engagement initiatives across multiple touchpoints to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Develop targeted content and communication plans throughout the customer life cycle.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, customer engagement, partnership management, or campaign management.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, fintech, digital commerce, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing marketing initiatives and partnership programmes.
