You will join an established, high-performing structured credit origination team working directly alongside senior regional leadership, with a direct reporting line to the Hong Kong CEO. Operating across key financial hubs such as Hong Kong and Singapore, the team specializes in executing high-value structured lending solutions for mid-market corporates and family offices across Greater China.

As a Senior Loan Originator, you will leverage your professional network to originate and execute structured debt transactions:
Deal Origination: Refer and originate structured loan opportunities (average deal size USD 10M-15M+) across Greater China.
Network Utilization: Drive deals through strong referral channels, including auditors, lawyers, family offices, and corporate advisory partners.
Product Scope: Provide tailored financing solutions, including senior secured/mezzanine debt, structured or asset-backed credit, and cash flow financing for listed and non-listed mid-caps across the APAC region.
Location Flexibility: Position can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
skills & experiences required.
Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in loan origination, corporate banking, or structured credit.
Deep industry knowledge with an active contact base of mid-sized listed/non-listed corporates and family offices in Greater China.
Established referral network with professional intermediaries (auditors, law firms, dealmakers).
Proven track record of deal sourcing and executing structured financing transactions.
Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
Remuneration: Basic Salary (Negotiable) + Highly Competitive Incentive Scheme.
