- Provide administration, maintenance, and support for Linux and Windows server environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations.
- Perform system installation, configuration, patch management, and upgrades.
- Support virtualisation platforms, backup solutions, and storage infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot system incidents and conduct root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related Windows services.
- Implement security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
- Support infrastructure projects, system migration, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, operation procedures, and system reports.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
- Solid knowledge of Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu) and Microsoft Windows Server.
- Experience with Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, backup solutions, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Shell Script is an advantage.
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Understanding of system security, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
