Our client is a highly respected Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) seeking a professional, discreet, and service-oriented Butler to provide exceptional personal and household support. We are open to considering both junior and senior-level candidates depending on experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the principal's lifestyle, residences, and personal requirements while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and service excellence.

For senior-level candidates, occasional international travel (approximately 2-3 trips per year) will be required to accompany and support the principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, high-touch service to the principal and family members.
• Coordinate daily household operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the residence.
• Manage household schedules, appointments, reservations, and personal arrangements.
• Liaise with household staff, drivers, gardeners, chefs, security personnel, vendors, and external service providers.
• Oversee maintenance of residences, ensuring properties are presented to the highest standard at all times.
• Assist with event preparation, guest reception, and hospitality arrangements.
• Coordinate travel itineraries, transportation, hotel reservations, and logistics.
• Handle luxury purchases, gifts, special requests, and procurement activities.
• Maintain inventories of household supplies, fine goods, and personal belongings.
• Anticipate the principal's needs and proactively provide solutions with minimal supervision.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and matters relating to the principal and family.
• Support ad hoc personal and business-related requests as required.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Butler)

• Act as the lead point of contact for all household operations across multiple residences.
• Supervise and coordinate household staff and external contractors.
• Establish service standards, household procedures, and operating protocols.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships where required.
• Travel with the principal approximately 2-3 times annually to provide on-site support and oversee travel logistics.

Requirements
Junior Butler

• 1-5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, private households, concierge, guest relations, aviation, or a related service environment.
• Strong service mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-presented, professional, and polished demeanour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.

Senior Butler

• 8+ years of experience supporting UHNWI, VIPs, family offices, luxury residences, yachts, private estates, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing high-profile principals with demanding lifestyles.
• Strong household management and staff coordination experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel internationally when required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism at all times.
