Annual Tech Budget: HKD $100M - $200M+ (CAPEX & OPEX)

Steer the commercial and financial strategy behind a massive enterprise digital ecosystem. We are seeking a sharp, commercially driven IT Sourcing Expert to manage high-value tech contracts, lead multi-million dollar license renewals, and optimize end-to-end technology spend.

• Commercial Sourcing & Tendering: Drive full-lifecycle IT procurement, formal RFPs, and competitive tenders compliant with strict institutional governance.

• CAPEX & OPEX Oversight: Manage annual tech budgeting, track financial variances, and maintain tight accounting control across major capital projects and operational accounts.

• Strategic Renewals & Negotiation: Lead aggressive contract negotiations for enterprise SaaS (M365, Adobe), campus networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and specialized software.

• Executive Dashboarding: Maintain live, audit-ready contract inventories, SLA tracking, and financial analytics for executive leadership.

• Experience: Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or IT with 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT procurement and contract lifecycle management.

• Core Strengths:

  • Manage a scalable portfolio of IT procurement and contract
  • Bridge across stakeholders and understand their needs on IT assets.

  • Proven mastery of CAPEX/OPEX control.

  • Strategic in contract management & licensing renewal.

  • Smart, detail-oriented negotiator with strong document control habits.

• Tech & AI Savvy: Advanced M365 skills (Excel modeling & PowerPoint presentations); practical experience using AI productivity tools is a major plus.

• Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
