Our Client, a leading retail banking organization is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support strategic transformation initiatives and enhancement projects across the Fraud Detection and Collections domain.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior technology stakeholders and contribute to high-profile programmes that support the bank's ongoing digital and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Support project delivery across Fraud Detection and Collections initiatives
Work with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
Support testing, implementation, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

7+ years of Business Analyst experience within IT, Technology Change, or Transformation projects
Proven experience within the Fraud Detection, Fraud Management, or Collections domain
Previous in-house banking experience is essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and supporting UAT
Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams

Preferred Background

Retail Banking experience
Exposure to large-scale transformation or system enhancement projects
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
