Our client, a fast-growing international fintech company, is seeking a Head of Regulatory Operations and Client Onboarding to lead an established team of approximately 15 professionals across Client Onboarding, Regulatory Operations, and Transaction Monitoring .

1. Lead and develop teams responsible for client onboarding, AML/KYC operations, transaction monitoring, and regulatory investigations.
2. Ensure timely completion of customer onboarding, reviews, screening, and transaction-related activities in line with regulatory requirements and internal SLAs.
3. Act as the key liaison between Compliance, Operations, Client Services, and senior stakeholders.
4. Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and robust control frameworks.
5. Oversee escalations relating to financial crime, fraud risks, and regulatory matters.
6. Produce management reporting and ensure effective communication with banking partners and global stakeholders.

1. Proven leadership experience managing onboarding, compliance operations, AML/KYC, financial crime, or regulatory operations teams within regulated financial services.
2. Strong understanding of AML, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and client lifecycle management.
3. Experience leading sizeable teams and driving operational excellence initiatives.
4. Fintech, payments, digital banking, or cross-border payments experience preferred.
5. Candidates from traditional banking environments with strong leadership and adaptability will also be considered.
