Responsibilities

1. Manage post-trade processes across equities, bonds, futures, forwards, OTC, repos, ETFs, MMFs, and mutual funds.
2. Send daily trade executions to custodians, trustees, and fund administrators.Resolve settlement issues by liaising directly with brokers and custodians.Execute control functions to reconcile and ensure accuracy of trades and positions.
3. Coordinate account openings, KYC, and new fund setups with brokers, administrators, custodians, trustees, and compliance.Handle daily operations, including cash/security reconciliation and cash projections.
4. Process corporate actions and ProxyEdge voting accurately and efficiently.Execute and book FX, time deposits, fund transfers, and expenses/income.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Investment) for broker and account onboarding.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of settlement experience within an asset management firm.
2. Strong understanding of operations, settlement workflows, and account openings.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate with the Beijing parent company and Hong Kong counterparties.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.IT background is highly advantageous.
