We are partnering with a leading insurance organization in Hong Kong to hire a Core System Business Analyst who will play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation initiatives across core insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support the delivery of enhancements and transformation projects across core insurance systems.
- Act as the bridge between business users and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design workshops.
- Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management activities.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to drive project delivery and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of one or more core insurance functions
- Experience working on system implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Fluent Cantonese and English communication skills are essential.
