Job Description

Shape the future of Luxury, FMCG & Retail industries.

At Sia, we work with leading luxury Maisons, consumer brands, retailers and hospitality providers to design their future - from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you'll work with senior business stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives across corporate strategy, product, marketing, commerce and operations - all of it underpinned by cutting-edge digital, data & AI capabilities.

This is a multi-tool role where business curiosity and strategic thinking allied with technology innovation bring the transformation to life. Your focus is not limited to one function - instead, you will help clients connect the dots across departments and deliver lasting impact.

You will:

• Work on strategic challenges: from defining brand positioning or portfolio strategies to reshaping go-to-market models
• Support transformation programs: omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, category development, operating model redesign and digital transformation
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to bring actionable insights to clients
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, benchmarking, and the co-creation and delivery of our recommendations
• Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams, often with exposure to C-level management

Projects span a wide range of topics - brand strategy, innovation, customer journeys, category growth plans, new distribution models, and more - always tailored to what drives value for the client.

Qualifications

You have the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role in a luxury, consumer goods or retail company. Those with less experience may be considered for a more junior position
• Experience working with or supporting clients in the FMCG, luxury retail, and/or hospitality sectors, with an understanding of customer behavior, brand positioning, and commercial operations within these industrie
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of prioritization
• A fast learner who thrives on diverse challenges and changing environments
• You can switch between strategic vision and operational detail - and speak both business and numbers fluently
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., GenAI, analytics, automation) to deliver consulting engagements or projects
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must. Business proficiency in any other Asian language would be highly advantageous
• Ideally exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar), with an understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies
• Experience in CRM implementation, customer segmentation, loyalty program optimization, or customer experience (CX) initiatives would be an advantage.
