About Your Company

King Deux is looking for a COO that oversees operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dubai for a growing asset manager. Ideal candidate will come from product management / investor relations / fundraising background and work alongside C-suite in the development of business. Office presence is in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the UAE with existing LP networks globally.

About your role

1. Oversee the overall firm's operation, finance and compliance function by leading a team across Asia Pacific and directly report to the senior partners of the firm
2. Support CEO in business development and product development roadmap
3. Drive in fundraising / investor relations and win over mandates from major global LPs (endowments, pension funds, family offices)

What you will need to succeed

1. Fluent English and Mandarin
2. 10+ years operation experience in leading asset management company, with exposure to multi-asset classes (i.e. equity, fixed income , private equity and etc.)
3. Unconditional Responsible Officer 4,9
4. Solid experience in fundraising / product management within buyside and knowledge on the Operation/ Finance / Compliance work steams for asset management company along with product management / investor relations background
5. Entrepreneurship thinking with global aspiration
6. Passionate, proactive, quick learning and be able to work under pressure
