Business Analyst (12-month Contract)

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will support the implementation of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module in Hong Kong, leveraging the existing ANZ ServiceNow framework. The role will work closely with Infrastructure, Application, Service Desk, Information Security, and ANZ stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, coordinate testing, drive user adoption, and ensure successful implementation of vulnerability management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

1. Analyse and document the existing ANZ ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) processes, workflows, and operating model.
2. Engage with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Application Support, Cyber Security, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for implementation by the ANZ ServiceNow team.
4. Perform gap analysis between ANZ capabilities and Hong Kong requirements, identifying process and configuration changes where necessary.

Process Documentation

1. Define and document vulnerability management processes, including assignment rules, remediation workflows, escalation paths, and reporting requirements.
2. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on vulnerability ownership, assignment groups, and operational procedures.
3. Support CMDB readiness activities and ensure required data attributes are captured for vulnerability management.

Testing & Validation

1. Develop SIT and UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test execution plans.
2. Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
3. Analyse test results, track defects, and work with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
4. Support production readiness assessment and implementation sign-off activities

Training & Change Management

1. Plan and deliver training sessions for Infrastructure, Application Support, Service Desk teams.
2. Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
3. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Skills & Experience

1. Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), CMDB, or ITSM modules.
2. Knowledge of vulnerability management processes.
