Your new role

• Support front-office teams on Corporate Actions and Lombard Loans
• Process client notifications and loan renewals accurately and within deadlines
• Handle automated processes, exceptional cases and internal queries
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and manage risks
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc remediation initiatives
• Ensure processes are aligned with relevant regulations, guidelines and internal standards

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-3 years of working experience
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Detail-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset
• Able to manage deadlines and work effectively within a team
