One of the top international fund service providers is seeking a Client Services & Office Administration Associate to join their team in Hong Kong.
You will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, liaise with other Sales, Operations, Custody and IT teams to resolve client queries, and support the Office Manager with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the HK office.
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of client servicing or trade operations experience within the banking or fund services sector. Additionally, fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required to support communication with institutional clients and relevant stakeholders across the Hong Kong and regional markets.
