Job Description

As an Associate to AVP in the IPO Team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide regulatory and technical analysis to support the initial public offering applications.
• Familiarity with the listing requirements, as well as the relevant regulatory framework.
• Assist in reviewing annual reports, interim reports, quarterly reports and other periodic disclosure documents of listed companies.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements and related disclosures.
• Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments in the financial services sector.
• Handle communications with regulatory authorities, as well as coordination with various professional parties and intermediaries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate to AVP in the IPO Team should have:

• A background in Accounting or Finance-related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Listing Rules and practical knowledge of securities markets, securities regulations, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
