Overview

As an Assistant Relationship Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo Hong Kong Branch you will support Relationship Managers in developing and managing the relationship with the reference customers in the relevant geographical area and you will ensure the performance of all administrative tasks to support Relationship Managers' activity.

What you'll be doing

Key responsabilities will be:

• Support Relationship Managers in the management of the reference customers and in the implementation of any necessary corrective actions
• Support Relationship Managers in achieving profitability, commercial, and risk objectives for the refence customers
• Support Relationship Managers in client meetings
• Handle tasks related to the preparation of Credit Applications (excluding the formulation of the Credit Proposition)
• Perform, also acting in team, administrative activities and checks related to clients under management
• Actively interface with clients to manage and resolve issues and requests
• Ensure the quality of the performed tasks and the adherence to deadlines, ensure operationally engagement in urgent transactions
• Ensure proper client management in compliance with operational processes and company regulations
• Handle any other specific task inherent to the Corporate Desk that can be assigned by the Head of Corporate Desk and by Head Office

Who we are looking for

If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 1-3 years of experience in similar role
• University degree and/or post-graduate degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Law, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
• Experience in Front-Office roles
• Preliminary Understanding of the relevant Risk Categories
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
• Preferably, analytical ability to perform financial statement and market analysis
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Advanced Mandarin and/or Italian is a plus
