Your new role
- Support the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives that drive business performance and customer engagement.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support sales, marketing, customer retention, and business growth objectives.
- Manage and optimise lead management reporting, monitoring sales pipelines, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards, automated reports, and visualisation tools for key stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Perform business performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Support compensation and incentive reporting by analysing commission, performance, and distribution-related data.
- Participate in analytics and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery of reporting and data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, performance management, or related functions.
- Experience within insurance, banking, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting automation, dashboard development, and analytics methodologies.
- Exposure to CRM/CMS platforms, lead management reporting, or customer analytics would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting compensation, incentive, commission, or performance reporting is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
