Job Position Summary

The job function is to handle daily operations of the Accounts Payable process and sub-processes. Working with the Head Office and overseas AP teams with efficiency through cooperation with various departments and global business partners.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage daily cash flow and fund transfer activities for vendors and internal stakeholders, including daily fund status updates and bank balance monitoring.
2. Support vendor management activities, including vendor onboarding/activation, account reconciliation, and collecting vendor refunds.
3. Monitor AP aging , on-hold items, and outstanding invoice follow-ups to support timely and accurate settlement.
4. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice approval and validation in Eyeshare, ERP accounting, journal voucher preparation, and document management.
5. Prepare and review fund transfer journals , WebADI entries, and supporting payment records in Eyeshare and Oracle Financials.
6. Review payment files for HK entities and coordinate invoice transfers and approval follow-ups in Eyeshare on a daily basis.
7. Handle payment queries from financial payment partners, vendors, and internal business units.
8. Handle bank compliance matters, banking enquiries, and support daily bank reconciliation.
9. Coordinate payment request emails , corporate remittance tables, and bank purpose code uploads to support Host-to-Host (H2H) automated payment support activities.
10. Assist in updating SOP and process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
11. Handle management reporting and any other ad-hoc analysis assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge, and Qualifications

1. Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in the Accounts Payable domain.
2. Industry: Past working experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) or regional shared service center is preferred.
3. Education: University graduate in accounting, finance, or related fields.
4. Systems: Working knowledge of any ERP systems, with Oracle Financials and Eyeshare highly preferred.
5. Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
6. Languages: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory (both spoken and written).
