Core Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Compliance: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, execute Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, and perform periodic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews.

• Portfolio Administration: Handle daily transactional processing, including payments, securities transfers, cash settlements, corporate actions, and margin call tracking.

• Investment Support: Partner with Investment Advisers to prepare tailored marketing pitch decks, portfolio review packages, and investment proposals.

• Data & Systems Management: Maintain precise and compliant client profile records within internal private banking platforms.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant regional private banking certifications and local regulatory licenses are strongly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with core wealth management banking platforms and structured portfolio administration tools.

• Soft & Language Skills: Professional fluency in the primary languages aligned with the target regional coverage desk.
