Part-Time Compliance Officer | Fully Remote (hybrid optional) | Germany

We are supporting a growing European investment firm in hiring a Compliance Officer for its German regulated entity.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, offering full remote working from anywhere in Germany and a high degree of flexibility around working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as BaFin-registered Compliance Officer (MiFID-regulated environment)
• Own the compliance framework, including policies, controls, and ongoing development
• Oversee AML/KYC (GwG) processes and regulatory reporting
• Manage audits and liaise with external advisors and regulators

Your Profile:

• 5+ years' experience in BaFin-regulated compliance (e.g. asset management, investment firms, capital markets)
• Strong knowledge of MiFID II and AML requirements
• Experience in independent or standalone compliance roles
• Fluent in German and English
