Missions
1. Internal Communication Management
• Define and implement the internal communication plan, according to the group's guidelines, to support the ambitions of the business line.
• Take overall responsibility for internal communications, organising events, webinars, training sessions, videos, and articles etc. to engage staff.
• Manage the flow of content to employees, ensuring timely and relevant communication. Maintain and update an internal communications schedule to avoid clashes or gaps in messaging.
• Oversee the writing of editorial content for the intranet, newsletter, email campaigns etc.
• Ensure all internal communications deliver a consistent brand experience and meet defined KPIs. Contribute to the design and editorial management of internal communication materials
• Act as the main liaison between the Amundi Technology Communications team and the Central Internal Communications team on matters of internal communications.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to internal communications.
2. Event Coordination
• Organise and support internal and external events and webinars, working closely with team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain a detailed events schedule, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
• Assist in defining event content and ensure all associated communications reflect Amundi's and Amundi Technology's brand guidelines.
3. Administrative Support
• Provide general support to the Digital Marketing Manager and other Communications team members as required.
• Ensure all communications and event materials align with Amundi Technology's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the communications team members and other colleagues to support integrated communications activities.
• Manage all goodies / merchandise stock for Amundi Technology and liaise with vendors for ordering new items as required.
• Be proactive in proposing new concepts

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a collaborative team spirit.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms is a plus.
