HR Manager (stationed in Foshan, China)

Our client is a well-established industrial company with a strong presence across Asia. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to support their operations in Foshan. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement programs and company culture initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR best practices.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant HR reports and analytics.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of China labor laws and HR practices.
Experience covering multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with management and employees at all levels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Fluent in Mandarin, English communication skills will be an advantage.
Willingness to be based full-time in Foshan, Guangdong Province.
