Consultant IPMI (International Private Medical Insurance)

Responsibilities include

• Advising clients on international medical insurance and employee mobility solutions.
• Conducting market reviews, negotiating with insurers, and placing or renewing insurance programs.
• Managing the implementation and administration of IPMI plans.
• Providing technical expertise on medical expense coverage, global health programs, and related benefits.
• Building strong client and insurer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR, and internal quality standards.

Desired Profile & Key Proficiencies

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in Employee Benefits, Health & Benefits, international insurance, medical insurance, or expatriate solutions, with experience in client consulting and international insurance programs.
• Technical Expertise: understanding of IPMI, medical and hospitalization insurance, Employee Benefits, international mobility, and insurance contracts.
• Commercial Skills: Client-focused approach, negotiation skills, and ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Personal Skills: communication and presentation abilities, proactive and practical approach, communication skills, and an international outlook.
• Languages: Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
