Design intuitive and accessible user experiences for digital solutions, chatbot, and AI, ensuring a consistent and user-centered interface.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI interfaces.
• Define and apply UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems.
• Participate in Chatbot, AI, and conversational interface projects.
• Conduct user analysis, UX tests, and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, development, AI, and architecture teams.
• Produce functional and UX documentation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
• Experience in UX/UI Design and digital projects, AI, or Chatbot.
• Mastery of UX methods, Design Thinking, prototyping, and design systems.
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Sensitivity to accessibility, ergonomics, and conversational experience.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and writing skills.
