Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X)

What you will do

• Support our companies in The Netherlands, Brussels and Luxembourg with their day-to-day recruitment needs, hiring both experienced professionals and graduates
• Recruit candidates in Finance, IT and Digital Services
• Work with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates
• Advise Hiring Managers on the candidate market in the BENELUX region and propose and implement sourcing solutions to attract the right candidates
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Organise and attend career fairs and university events
• Take ownership of global recruitment projects and prepare ad hoc reports

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Economics or another relevant field
• At least two years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably recruiting for Finance or IT/Technology roles
• Experience in headhunting or candidate sourcing
• Familiarity with commonly used tools such as MS Office, Trello, etc.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
