Network PM

Location: Brussels

Hybrid: minimum 2 days per week onsite

Fluent in Dutch or French plus fluent in English oral and written

Knowledge and Skills

• 5 + years relevant experience with project management
• Experience in change /behaviour management (ADKAR)

• Strong affinity with IT and its complexity

• Experience within Public Sector will also be considered an asset

• Demonstrated "can do" work ethic coupled with effective time management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems

• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset

• PM² and/or PMBOK knowledge are preferred. Prince2, qualifications are an asset; ITIL Certification. A Project Methodology Certification is a MUST.

• Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources.

• Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences

• Proficient in Dutch or French, and English.

• Experience in complex network project including process, people and technology track is considered as an asset

• Experience with the railway sector is considered as an asset

• Able to work in hybrid work regime: remotely and on site
