Management Office Analyst
Job Description

Division

At the heart of Euroclear's success, the Legal, Governance & Regulatory (LG&R) Division helps transform complexity into clarity. By combining legal expertise, strong governance practices, and regulatory insight, LG&R empowers the organisation to make informed decisions, navigate change with confidence, and build a resilient, sustainable future for all stakeholders.

Role

In this role you will act as a data and transformation analyst for the Legal, Governance and Regulatory Division, translating business needs into practical, scalable and well-controlled solutions.

Working across Corporate Governance, Legal and Regulatory Relationship activities, you will analyse and simplify processes, improve the quality and use of data, and support the implementation of automation and AI-enabled solutions. Your work will contribute to stronger governance reporting, more informed decision-making and greater operational efficiency.

You will manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle-from identifying business needs and defining requirements to coordinating solution design, testing, implementation and adoption. In doing so, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, technology teams and external providers, while ensuring that risks, controls, dependencies and expected benefits are clearly understood and managed.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of a Corporate Governance KPI framework and reporting dashboard, leveraging appropriate technology solutions to drive transparency, monitoring, and informed decision-making.
  • Map and challenge current processes, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and design simplified and standardised target processes before automation.
  • Enhance governance reporting capabilities by developing data-driven insights and metrics that strengthen oversight of policy implementation, governance effectiveness, and organisational compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised stakeholder management platform to support governance activities, crisis response coordination, and strategic communications. Translate business and governance needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements and implementation plans.
  • Drive the digital transformation of Board and Committee planning processes through automation, workflow optimisation, and improved agenda and workplan management.
  • Design and implement automated Legal and Regulatory Watch solutions to monitor regulatory developments, analyse potential impacts, and deliver timely, actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop a Legal Intake and Self-Service Advisory Portal to streamline the submission, triage, and management of legal requests while improving stakeholder experience and access to legal guidance.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of the Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform by analysing business needs, identifying process improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and providing end-user support and training, involving Agentic AI.

Your profile:
  • Experience leveraging technology and automation to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Background within large financial services organizations.
  • Solid expertise in data management, analytics, visualization, reporting, and database-related environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven track record of developing automated tools, dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, testing, implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain high standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and output quality.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies; knowledge of Euroclear governance frameworks and/or Sirion CLM is considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
