Your new roleAs a Customer Service / Showroom Consultant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service while helping with enquiries and day-to-day showroom needs.The perfect mix of customer service, retail and administration, ideal for someone who loves people but also enjoys keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service
- Assisting customers with enquiries and finding the right solutions for their needs
- Using internal systems and CRM platforms to manage customer information
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the showroom
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Working closely with the broader branch team
What you'll need to succeedWe're looking for someone with a great attitude who genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll ideally have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or showroom experience
- Confidence learning and using CRM systems and other technology
- A proactive, resilient approach and willingness to get stuck in
- The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
What you'll get in return
- $60,000 + super
- Internal incentive scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- No weekend work
- Wollongong or Fairy Meadow location
- ASAP start
- Full-time opportunity, with flexibility to consider a job-share arrangement
