We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Packaging Plus (OPP) sales team as a Territory Account Manager. This role will be based at our office in Newcastle with the opportunity to build strong customer relationships within a well-established region.

Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business that has been delivering packaging solutions to Australian businesses for more than 40 years.

We are looking for a salesperson who can demonstrate success in managing existing customers as well as building and winning new business.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise retention, grow share of wallet, and increase profitability.
  • Develop and deliver tailored customer solutions using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achieve territory growth targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver value-added solutions, and support long-term business growth.

Proven success in winning new business and growing customer relationships within a competitive market.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in industrial, technical, or related product environments.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
  • Passionate about building long-term customer relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded.
