The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and grow our AI and digital marketing initiatives. You'll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team responsible for driving the firm's brand, content, and client acquisition strategies, providing vital content marketing support for the team.

This is more than an entry-level coordinator role. It's an opportunity to build a well-rounded marketing skillset, develop practical AI capabilities, and gain hands-on experience across the full marketing function of an award winning, technology-driven business.

This is an ideal role for a marketing student with 1 year's marketing experience, looking to fast-track their career at the intersection of marketing, law and tech. The position is a casual hybrid role (2-3 days per week), based in our Sydney headquarters in Surry Hills.
A day in the life

• Editing and publishing legal articles, newsletters and collateral
• Using AI skills and agents to improve efficiencies and develop new services
• Conducting SEO tasks and using platforms like WordPress and Google Analytics
• Managing relationships with in-house lawyers and external content partners
• Assisting with our webinar program, including pre- and post-production activities
• Creating content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

The Ideal Applicant

• Studying Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, content or digital role
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Ways to Stand Out

• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics or SEO tools
• Exposure to B2B or professional services marketing
