Your new roleThis is a customer-facing pre-sales position focused on understanding client requirements, demonstrating solutions and supporting technical sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Support solution design, proposals and RFP responses
- Work closely with sales teams to position solutions and support customer engagements
- Provide technical guidance across enterprise storage and data centre environments
- Experience with enterprise storage, data centre or infrastructure technologies
- Exposure to NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE or similar platforms
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering demos, workshops and PoCs
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
- Comfortable working alongside sales teams in a technical pre-sales capacity
- Experience supporting enterprise customers highly regarded
- 12-month Sydney-based contract
- Highly customer-facing role with strong stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure projects
