Job Description
International Card Services (ICS) delivers unique products and services to our card members that creates unparalleled value and sustainable growth, in a customer focused, collaborative and highly energetic work environment.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Distribution Partnerships you will be responsible for managing our Affiliates marketing channel, with a focus on delivering new card acquisition and billings growth via our Affiliate partners.
Key to the role will be the ability to build and leverage solid relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns and sponsored content to drive customer acquisition and channel performance.
- Support with channel strategy development & lead day-to-day execution.
- Managing a calendar of Acquisition Offers
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies & internal stakeholders to support business growth.
- Drive growth and scale of acquisition through reporting, analysis, insights and testing innovation.
- Maintain market awareness of competitor activity, industry and technological advances to analyse and develop future plans for Affiliate Acquisition
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with governance, regulatory and risk management requirements
Qualifications

- Creativity and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
- An ability to deliver results with an appetite to challenge the status quo to drive meaningful change across the business.
- Excellence in project management skills to ensure strong stakeholder engagement and execution following clear timelines and within budget.
- Analytical and data handling capabilities to support ongoing campaign forecasting and assessment including the monitoring of marketing channel performance.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all marketing communications and operational processes.
