Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking Sr. Developers to provides software development, solutions architecture, DevOps, integration, API development, data interoperability, design and implementation services supporting Human Supports Initiative objectives and related digital service delivery platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and implement digital service enhancements.
• Support application integration and data interoperability requirements.
• Develop APIs, services and supporting application components.
• Participate in solution design and technical planning activities.
• Resolve defects and technical issues.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
• Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, business analysts and product teams.

Deliverables:
• Application enhancements.
• API and integration components.
• Technical documentation.
• Software testing and deployment support.
• Defect resolution and operational support.

Requirements:

Must Have:
• Minimum five (5) years of recent experience in software development roles.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with API development and system integration.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting MySS.
• Experience supporting SDPR-related initiatives.
• Experience working on digital citizen services.
• Experience with government service delivery platforms and integration patterns.
• Experience with accessibility and user-centred design principles.
