Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of security-focused programs and initiatives (e.g. cyber security, identity, risk)
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives
• Drive end-to-end iteration delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and with quality
• Act as a central point of coordination across delivery teams, stakeholders, and governance forums
• Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments
• Ensure alignment between delivery activities, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements
• Provide visibility of delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders
• Contribute to governance, reporting, and decision-making processes

About You: You are a highly adaptable and hands-on Iteration Manager who is comfortable operating across both delivery and governance layers.

You will bring:

• Strong, hands-on experience delivering security-related projects (e.g. cyber, identity, or risk programs)
• Proven ability to wear multiple hats-from Agile facilitator to delivery lead to stakeholder manager
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and team enablement
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences
• Experience supporting governance processes and working within risk and compliance frameworks
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
