Please note, this is a 100% office-based position.
Your new role:Supporting senior leadership and working closely with an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in providing high-level administrative support, document management assistance, and coordinating business improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing confidential administrative and executive support
- Preparing and maintaining professional documents, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Managing business system documentation, procedures, forms and templates
- Supporting the rollout, training and adoption of a company-wide CRM platform
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes and actions
- Assisting with project administration and process improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Liaising with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Supporting continuous improvement activities and identifying efficiencies in business processes
- Previous experience as an Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing documentation, records or business systems
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience supporting projects, systems implementation or CRM platforms will be highly regarded
