Our Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team supports the financial wellbeing of businesses and communities across Australia. Within RAB, our Commercial Banking teams work with a diverse range of small to medium enterprises, helping them grow, manage risk and achieve long-term success.

Based in Albury, you'll join a collaborative and high-performing Commercial Banking team with a strong regional footprint and a genuine focus on customer outcomes.

Do work that matters

As an Analyst in our Commercial Banking team, you'll play a key role in supporting relationship execution and quality credit outcomes across the portfolio. Partnering closely with Relationship Executives, you'll provide financial modelling, analysis and market insights to support informed decision-making and sustainable client growth.

You'll leverage CBA's market-leading products, innovative digital solutions and advanced technology to help deliver best-in-class outcomes for our commercial customers.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and support the development of client strategies
• Proactively identify ideas and solutions to strengthen and grow commercial client relationships
• Provide financial and portfolio analysis, supported by market and industry insights
• Prepare clear, concise and well-structured credit submissions and client correspondence
• Develop a strong understanding of commercial business needs and how CBA can support clients to achieve their long-term goals

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• Experience in commercial banking or accounting
• Strong analytical, research and financial modelling skills, including credit analysis
• A customer-centric mindset with a solutions-focused and proactive approach
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or a related discipline (highly regarded)
