This established South Australian organisation is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation following a significant recent acquisition.
As the organisation integrates its expanded operations, technology environment and workforce, it is undertaking a broad program of digital transformation and IT integration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a highly visible transformation program.
Your New Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of technology initiatives, primarily focused on digital transformation, systems integration and migration.
Your immediate priority will be to bring structure, visibility and realistic prioritisation to a busy project environment. You'll establish practical project plans, manage dependencies and resources, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and provide stakeholders with clear visibility of delivery priorities and timelines.
Key initiatives include:

• ERP integration and migration
• Document management migration to SharePoint
• HR technology implementations
• Infrastructure and connectivity
• Cyber security initiatives
• Broader acquisition and systems integration

You'll manage projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, go-live and transition into BAU, overseeing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and vendor deliverables.
This is a hands-on role requiring you to build strong relationships across IT, Finance, HR, Engineering and other areas of the business while coordinating technical resources and external partners.
What You'll Need to Succeed
This opportunity will suit a senior, commercially minded Project Manager who can quickly establish priorities and take ownership with minimal direction.
You'll ideally bring:

• Strong experience across IT, digital transformation, integration or system migration projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• End-to-end project delivery experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience managing technology vendors and implementation partners
• Strong planning, risk, dependency and resource management skills
• Experience supporting organisational change and technology adoption
• A proactive, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Full Australian working rights, as sponsorship is not available

Above all, you'll be someone who takes ownership and can balance good project discipline with the practical realities of a fast-moving commercial environment.
