As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the business, providing a welcoming and professional first impression to clients, visitors and stakeholders. This role will suit an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys being the central point of contact and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing a busy reception desk and welcoming clients and visitors

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner

Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing meeting spaces

Managing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

Providing administrative support across the wider business

Maintaining reception and common areas to a high standard

Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and filing

Ordering office supplies and supporting general office operations

What you'll get in return
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front-of-House, Customer Service or Administrative position

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A professional presentation and approachable manner

Strong organisational and time management skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

A proactive and team-focused attitude

Experience within a professional-services, accounting, legal, or corporate environment will be highly regarded.
