Hays Technology is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a global organisation supporting both corporate office and operational environments. This is a hands-on Level 1/2 support role that offers exposure to a diverse technology landscape and regular site travel within South Australia
Your new role
Working from a central Technology team, you'll provide both face-to-face and remote support to end users across hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobile devices, and workplace technologies. You'll collaborate with local and global support teams to resolve incidents, manage service requests, maintain asset records, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop support both onsite and remotely.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and user enquiries through to resolution.
- Install, configure, and support end-user devices and workplace technology.
- Support hardware lifecycle management, repairs, and replacements.
- Provide hands-and-feet support for remote technical teams.
- Assist with office moves, relocations, and small technology projects.
- Support collaboration and communication technologies including meeting and event technologies.
- Promote IT best practices, security awareness, and user education.

- Power Automate / Power Query
- macOS support
- Initial 6-month contract.
- Exposure to both corporate and operational technology environments.
