Position Description
The F&O Reconciliations team manages the various reconciliations related to the F&O business in APAC

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform T+1 reconciliation between firms' books and CCPs/3rd party brokers
  • Perform various T+1 intercompany reconciliations
  • Perform various fee reconciliations
  • Manage various bank reconciliations
  • Perform GL vs Sub-GL reconciliations
  • Perform client money calculations
  • Perform breaks investigation, follow up and escalation as per firm's procedures
  • Ensure various reporting requirements like breaks reporting and client monies reporting are adhered to
  • Ensure established procedures and policies are adhered to

Key Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively peer to peer and Senior Management
  • Independent and self-motivated to deliver, ability to deal with a wide scope of demands of the role
  • Prior experience in reconciliations as per the above Responsibilities a requirement
  • Prior experience within Futures & Options preferred
  • Additional cross product exposure such as OTC, Prime Brokerage and Repo Margining would be advantageous
