Compliance Manager

An exciting new permanent Compliance Manager Job has come about within a large corporation in Dublin city centre. This is a newly created role following a restructure within the overall Compliance Division of 20 staff. This Compliance job will suit an experienced Compliance Professional with experience in compliance monitoring, audit and the development of risk frameworks within the Investment and Insurance arena. The ideal candidate should have some people leadership experience. This company offers candidates a flexible working environment (potential to offer some flexibility on hours and an option to work from home).

This Compliance job will suit an experienced Compliance Professional with experience in compliance monitoring, audit and the development of risk frameworks within the Investment and Insurance arena. The ideal candidate should have some people leadership experience. Day to day duties for this Compliance Manager Job include:
• Managing the monitoring teams watching risk profile of business.
• Ensure that all compliance records are kept to high standards. 
• Keep up with the latest legislation and risk challenges facing the organisation.
• Applying new methods to improve monitoring activities.
• Help with documenting monitoring procedures, showing best practises to the highest standards.
• Strong background in Domestic Life Assurance and Pensions regulations. Experience with Solvency II, CPC etc F&P, IMD. 

Requirements for this Compliance Manager Job include: 
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services/insurance.
• ACOI and or ACA/ACCA qualifications advantageous
• Experience working within a Monitoring, with a Solvency II background.
• Experience with managing a team of 2- 5 people.
• Outstanding organisational skills to plan or re-plan monitoring agenda.
